Turns out I'm really ADD. Even in church. I usually take tons of notes because this is a way I can stay focused on what's going on. I forgot my notebook this Sunday like an idiot and so my mind was everywhere. The one thing I did latch on to even thought about through much of the sermon was the idea that this world is a shadow of things to come. Just like the Old Testament times were a shadow of the cross and Christ, this life is a shadow of eternity and the life we'll have to come. Weird. It hit me how much I worry about all kinds of random things when they just aren't going to matter in the long run.
